Process Engineer - Level 2

Job Summary: The chosen candidate will develop high quality printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes for a wide range of industries.

Enjoy a family-like culture! Responsibilities Include: Understand and document potential process failure modes (PFMEA) and implementing solutions.
Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products.
Tooling/fixture design Create detailed work instructions.
Training operators.
Work with manufacturing to implement LEAN principles in reducing waste.
Supporting production floor to resolve and prevent reoccurrence of issues.
Write Operational Qualification (OQ) procedures for new equipment.
Provide off-shift support via phone or on-site as needed.
Perform as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned processes/equipment.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field with minimum 2yrs experience.
Authorization to work in US.
Salary Commensurate with experience! This is not a remote position.
