Painter/Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Finish Painter to join our commercial team.
As a Finish Painter, you will be responsible for painting windows/doors/frames after they have been restored.
More than a basic skill level is required to complete this type of painting.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively alone or in a team environment.
Duties: - Prepare surfaces for painting - Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Assist with general labor tasks such as moving materials, setting up work area, and cleaning work areas after use - Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills: - Experience in painting and general labor tasks - Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials - Ability to follow instructions - Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment - Basic carpentry skills for trim work and repairs, not required but preferred - Familiarity with masonry work for surface preparation and repairs - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
