Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For
Initially, you’ll team up with a more experienced tech to train on the knowledge and skills you’ll need to perform.
Once you are up to speed, you’ll be the face of the company and critical in providing an excellent experience for our customers.
You’ll provide crucial services for our customers’ homes and families.
Here are the things you’ll be responsible for:
Communicating with the Customer
Diagnosing Issues
Completing Whole Home Plumbing Inspections
Providing Repair and Maintenance Services
Drain Cleaning
Complete plumbing upgrades, repairs and installations, including water softeners and tankless water heaters.
Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Educate customers to informed buying decisions.
Maintain effective communication skills with co-workers and management.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Keep company trucks clean, maintained and organized.
Participate in company-provided training and on-the-job training to master your position and trade.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
A minimum of 1-year experience in plumbing and drain cleaning.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
, bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable - you’ll be driving our company vehicle.
Background check, driving record and drug testing if offered position.
