What You Will Achieve EHS Performs Filling routine Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Points Initiates & completes routine Safe Work Permits Completed and participates in unit safety facility inspections Suggests or Implements safety improvements for unit (Ongoing) GMP Performs basic daily & non-daily Filling processes without assistance Performs advanced Filling processes with minimal assistance GMP record entries (complete with minimal errors) Exhibits good aseptic behavior (Certifications maintained) Meets daily GMP requirements - minimal human errors (Ongoing) Maintains training requirements (up to date per unit goals) Maintains audit readiness (GMP/5S) Filling Operations Appropriately display ability to troubleshoot and adjust line equipment Understanding of advanced Filling processes Participates in equipment functional testing Advanced Alarm response Complete Scheduled Operator Care (or TPM) activities Complete SAP and EMS entries when required Complete batch record review in target time Production planning and scheduling knowledge Assist with investigations and document updates Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance when needed Other: Participates in Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) Operational Excellence (OpEx) projects Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement (CI), 5S, Standard Work Identifies unit improvements through IMEx Participates in site programs and initiatives (i.

) Qualified Job Task Trainer (QJTT) when requested How You Will Achieve It Setting up and changing over the filling lines per approved procedures Monitoring filling line for efficient run time versus established standards Processing of hazardous and non-hazardous drug products into final containers Routine cleaning and sanitization Ensuring adequate inventory of parts and materials prior to initiating a production run Utilizing computer skills to interact with multiple complex PLC and SCADA systems Collaborating with maintenance and engineers to troubleshoot equipment and perform total productivity maintenance (TPM) tasks Supporting development and execution of Capital Projects, corrective actions, and continuous improvement ideas Demonstrating growth mindset to share best practices, utilize downtime effectively, and learning filling principles Working safely and compliantly following all applicable SOPs and standards including recording of GMP documentation Achieving and maintaining aseptic certification to work within graded spaces Completing and maintaining all required training on time Demonstrating ownership and accountability of the production schedule and product quality Executing in-process quality verifications and sampling Working in other areas if required Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Overview: As the mid-level role in this career path, the colleague is expected be proficient at all requirements of the Operations Technician Assistant role as well as the following: QUALIFICATIONS Must - Have High school diploma / general education degree (GED) plus An associate degree, OR Veteran/Military experience, OR One year of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or GMP facility (e.
