Pennings & Sons is seeking an experienced Sales professional with 5 to 10 years of residential construction experience.
You will drive sales goals by helping identify and present to clients that will benefit from our detail-oriented process of helping homeowners love where they live.
Responsibilities Maintain and grow existing repeat business through outstanding service, relationship building and industry knowledge.
Provide estimates to potential customers for residential remodeling projects Develop new business by analyzing client potential, initiating, developing, and closing sales.
Set goals with Leadership then meet them.
Requirements Extensive knowledge of residential design & estimating experience: 5 years (Required) Able to service greater Kalamazoo area Must have a valid driver's license (REQUIRED) Must be able to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen (REQUIRED) Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Significant consideration will be given to a candidate's business experience and accomplishments.
What We Offer Job Type: Full-time Pay based on experience Salary: From $60,000.
