Primary responsibilities in Biologic Operations.
Performs variety of activities in support of manufacturing.
May interact with functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources for a specific project/business/technical or manufacturing unit.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
Compiles and reviews data from multiple business areas.
Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
May provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Maintain and monitor inventory to ensure data accuracy and customer service.
Review, correct and initiate production records.
Allocate materials as required.
Work closely with Operations, Quality, Warehouse and others to problem solve, resolve issues and ensure that customer service and inventory goals are met.
Ability to participate on teams or in special projects and audits as needed.
Detail oriented and complies with all regulatory guidelines and GMP’s.
How You Will Achieve It Manage own time, professional development, prioritize workflows and be accountable for own results.
Complete adherence to all plant safety and Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} regulations to the highest standards along with adherence to right first time principles.
Report all equipment, automation and utilities' maintenance requirements to the Shift Supervisor or Shift Coordinator in a timely manner.
Maintain a permanent, accurate and full record of all operating conditions and actions.
Qualifications Must-Have High School Diploma or GED 2+ years’ experience Change Agile with proven track record in taking initiative and in continuous improvement Strong organizational and planning skills with a strong focus on culture and behaviors Strong communication and team skills Nice-to-Have Candidates with prior experience in a chemical or formulation manufacturing or support environment with SAP and MBR Print experience preferred and may differentiate candidates during the selection process.
Physical/Mental Requirements · Physical Demands: Must be able to read documents and computer screens for extended periods of time.
· Reasoning Ability: Must have intimate knowledge of business organization procedures / programs and be able to prioritize.
