Job Duties Supervise crew of up to 6 workers Installation of sheet metal duct and related equipment from start to finish Understand plans, specifications and scopes of work, layout and measuring of duct systems Experience with installation of commercial HVAC Systems, including AHUs, RTUs, knowledge of RTU's, fans, and related components Problem solving with minimal supervision Ordering materials/duct fabrication lists Participate in coordination meetings Meet construction schedules/deadlines Complete scheduling lookaheads, and provide progress report documentation Follow and adhere to the safety rules and regulations appropriate to various projects Operate various power and hand tools as needed Pre-plan and order materials for the crew Maximize profitability through thoughtful purchasing and logistics Organize project documentation, jobsite materials, company tools and truck stock Train apprentices Operate scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.
