What You Will Achieve You will perform a variety of activities in support of manufacturing.
May interact with functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources for a specific project/business/technical or manufacturing unit.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
Compiles and reviews data from multiple business areas.
Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
May provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Maintain and monitor inventory to ensure data accuracy and customer service.
Review, correct and initiate production records.
Allocate materials as required.
Work closely with Operations, Quality, Warehouse and others to problem solve, resolve issues and ensure that customer service and inventory goals are met.
Ability to participate on teams or in special projects and audits as needed.
Detail oriented and complies with all regulatory guidelines and GMP’s.

How You Will Achieve It Manage own time, professional development and be accountable for own results.
Prioritize own workflow and assist in prioritizing the work low of less-experienced colleagues.
Perform duties required in operating a variety of equipment used in the assigned area of the division, maintaining responsibility for tasks.
Perform quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identifies variations.
Complete all documentation according with Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} and Good Distribution Practices {part of GxP} standards.
Responsible updating of Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard work.
Complete trainings in PLS (Pfizer Learning Systems) and others relevant areas.
Adapt successfully to shifting priorities and modifications to procedures and processes.
Qualifications Must-Have High School Diploma or GED 4+ years’ experience Certification in assigned area, if applicable.
Basic functional and technical knowledge of the discipline.
Good interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including the ability to maintain an accurate scientific notebook.
Computer Skills, such as Microsoft Applications and experience with System Application and Products.
Nice-to-Have Prior experience in a light industrial setting working with chemicals.
Previous fermentation experience.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to read documents and computer screens for extended (up to eight hours) periods of time as well as tolerate sitting for up to (eight hours).
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Some overtime may be required during the year.
