Position Summary:
This Chemical Operator position is responsible for working safely, eliminating production defects, maximizing product throughput, and continuously improving the overall performance of the batching operations.
This position is responsible for the manufacture of quality bulk solutions for Epredia production operations.
What you will be doing:
Produce bulk solutions to meet daily manufacturing needs
Comply with safety and regulatory regulations, policies, and procedures
Ability to wear respiratory protection, as needed
Perform assigned tasks to support objectives of team, department, and company
Comply with all company production procedures and instructions to ensure task completion
Perform equipment and process setups, basic maintenance, cleaning of equipment, work area, and facility
Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures
Specific job related training required
Other duties as assigned / required
Skills you will need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, push and/or pull, up to 50 lbs.
Experience with working in chemical manufacturing, preferred
Must be able to speak, read, and legibly write in the English language, without assistance
Must have basic computer skills, to include but not be limited to: data entry, log in/out, screen and program navigation
Must have working mathematical skills for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
