Journeyman Electrician

Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems - Install and program logic controllers for automated systems - Renovate existing electrical systems to meet current codes and standards - Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget - Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines Requirements: - Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification - Proven experience as a Commercial or Industrial Electrician - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation - Knowledge of logic controllers and their programming - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols - Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
