Are you a *Framer or Deck Builder *looking for a better company? Green Shield Deck Builders has an exceptional opportunity for you.
We are looking for framers and deck builders ready to transition into the largest deck builder in Michigan and lead teams in the Paw Paw area.
As a Crew Leader, you will be at the heart of the deck-building process, from start to finish.
You will lead a three-person team, reading deck plans, communicating with customers, and ensuring on-site operations run smoothly.
Managing timelines, building beautiful decks, and helping your team grow will be key parts of your role.
We're offering a starting wage of $28 per hour, full medical benefits, paid time off (PTO), and opportunities for career growth.

We also offer efficiency and completion bonuses.
As a Crew Leader, you can earn up to $500 in weekly bonuses and a maximum of a $3,000 monthly bonus if you are the top leader in the company, (out of 30+ crew leads).

Willing to drive up to 200 miles for projects.
