Union workers a plus, but not a requirement.

) This is for a TV commercial - seeking FIVE men for the on-air talent.
PROJECT SYNOPSIS We are looking to inspire and motivate citizens in North Carolina to embrace advanced manufacturing and clean energy projects coming to their state.
We want to communicate that these projects are a once-in-a-generation opportunity to give our county a major boost by creating hundreds of jobs and putting dollars into our economy.
We're not just opening doors today.
We're unlocking new potential and fostering a community where both tradition and progress can flourish.
Other towns are already reaping the benefits of advanced manufacturing projects, and clean energy projects, this is our chance to get in on the action.
Protecting local air and water, and keeping our town beautiful comes with economic benefits.
These projects are a way to lift our economy, all while preserving the history and culture of our town for our children.
More money in the local economy will help our favorite small businesses get by; local money will go on to support our schools and other crucial local projects.
Most importantly, new jobs from these projects aren’t just for us today.
They’ll be here for our kids tomorrow, so that this community can thrive for generations to come.
PROJECT INFORMATION This is for a commercial that will air on broadcast & cable TV, YouTube & other Digital & Social Media outlets & streaming services We are looking for Blue-Collar dad's, 40 yo - 60 yo, that work in a hands-on trade in Pennsylvania | Michigan | North Carolina, and who embody a proud sense of both family and work These dads fully embrace their role as providers.
They take a great deal of pride in bringing home the bacon.
How they raise their children, and the values they pass down matter deeply.
On work, these fathers are passionate about putting in an honest day.
They don’t shy away from burning the midnight oil, or getting their hands dirty.
They work hard cause that’s just what you do – especially for your family Seeking those blue-collar men in the trade of industrial decarbonization manufacturing, green steel, clean cement, any manufacturer that is transitioning /electrifying processes, but also parts, machinery, fabricated metal products, batteries, solar panel manufacturing, and wind manufacturing & Advanced Manufacturing (Clean Energy Transition).
This is just a general list and we are willing to see other trades that are not listed above Are you in a trade union? It's a plus, not a requirement, if you are a member of IBEW, or Utility workers.
We can consider electricians, as well as iron workers and steel workers.
We are seeking men that can speak to the goings on, and specifically have some knowledge & specified opinions about all this clean energy talk.
We want to get a sense of how you think about clean, specifically in the context of your families This is NOT a SAG / AFTRA production (actors union).
We are NOT looking for actors nor do you need to have acting experience.
We are seeking the real deal, the authentic tradesman that lives and works in either Pennsylvania, Michigan or North Carolina.
There will not be a script or lines to memorize Tiffany Company Casting will book at least five men to be paid and appear in the commercial.
Filming will most likely take place in/around your hometown, with every effort made to ensure participation is as easy and convenient as possible ----->> ***** IMPORTANT NOTE ******* <<----- Background Checks will be run on the talent placed on AVAIL for the project.
Bookings will be contingent on cleared background checks and are at the sole and final discretion of the CLIENT.

Not all persons who interview with us will be selected for a second interview.
Second interviews, or callbacks are about 15/20 minutes.
POTENTIAL FILM DATES The dates are TBD, but production is expecting a mid to late May shoot before Memorial day weekend Most likely, talent will work 2 days, 1 day filming the interview portion, as well as the work/trade portion; Day 2 filming the scenes with your family This will film in your personal space, such as your home, work, etc.
Production may rent a factory / work space if your actual work space is not available PAYMENT SESSION / FILMING DAY RATE: If you are selected to film the commercial, you will receive a payment of $550 per shoot day + 20% Agency (talent agency % is if applicable) USAGE RATE: If you make the edit of the final commercial, you will be paid a one time fee of $1250 for the usage + 20% Agency (talent agency % is if applicable) TRAVEL RATE: If you are asked to travel extensively for filming, you will be paid $275 per travel day (if and where applicable) **All participants chosen for the shoot will need to be available for the entire day (8 hour day) Please note: Those selected for the commercial will have to agree to a basic personal and criminal background check.
The client runs background checks on all employees.
When hired as talent, you are considered a client employee and those job requirements fall within the jurisdiction of employment ➡ TO APPLY You'll need to fill out a submission form through a program, casting crane.
