Lead HVAC Installer

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Duties: - Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and blueprints - Test HVAC systems for proper functioning - Performing start up set up procedures - fabricate sheet metal adapters - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions - Keep accurate records of work performed Requirements: - Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components - Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Van driver) - Ability to operate tools and equipment required for installation, repair, and maintenance tasks - Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair and troubleshooting - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Field service experience is a plus - Certification in HVAC/R is preferred - Welding experience is a plus If you are a skilled HVAC Installer looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise and join a reputable company, we would love to hear from you.
