*Construction Superintendent – Assistant to the Project Manager*
*Job Description*
This position requires the day to day operation and support to the Senior Project Manager; in the overall direction, completion, and safe operations of a construction-project.
*EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION*
* Minimum of 10 years of Superintendent.
* Ability to read and understand Plans; Reports; Change Orders; Submittals; Transmittals, and Weekly Update(s).
* Track Change Orders in a timely manner and ensures the safety compliance of all subcontractors on the project
* Maintains good relationships with owners, and subcontractors, which includes everyone associated with the project assigned.
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES*
* Strong Written, Technical Skills
* Communication Skills are critical.
Must be able to work with and speak to Vendors; Subcontractors; Administrators, in a professional manner at all times.
* Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, & ProCore
* Take charge in the day to day production with the Project Manager.
