Job Description
Internships Expectations
Start: End of May or Beginning of June
Duration: 6 months minimum requirement
Hours per week: 15-25
Your Responsibilities
The Program Manager Intern is the person assigned to assist the Manager Program Management to execute the
customer development projects and assist with program related tasks in a project.
Provide an ongoing support for assigned PDT activities (Product Development Team)
Help to coordinate Activity between the PM and the PDT as assigned by PM or PM Manager.
Help PM Maintain Plan and coordinate project related activities as assigned by PM/PM Manager
Communicate with other PDT team members, manufacturing teams and Suppliers.
Maintaining timing on assigned tasks.
Assist in ordering/managing and maintaining component inventory
Assist in trial builds preparation / execution (prototype and production)
Monitoring and controlling project costs of assigned tasks.
Coordinating and expediting material deliveries while maintaining budget.

Maintaining Quality requirements on assigned tasks.
Maintaining a Safe work environment for yourself and your teammates.
Participate in DLS activities as assigned (Design Lean Sigma)
Update documents to maintain Quality Gates and detail time planning as assigned
Arrange meetings as required to meet Project milestones
Provide escalation to PM as required to meet project milestones (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery)
Update MH systems as Assigned by PM/PM Manager
Review the project status regularly according to the quality gates and define corrective actions
Continuously coordinate and follow up the open tasks with the project team
Educational Requirements
Actively pursuing an associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in a related field in an accredited program
Current GPA 3.
0 or better
Skills Requirements
Working with and leading a cross functional team
Technical knowledge of Air Induction Products
Work with Multiple OEM management systems
Work with MH Global Management systems
Managing and maintain Timing and Budgets
Customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
Conflict management, communication skills, relevant IT tools (MS Office, SAP, etc.
)
