FEMA Corporation has entry-level openings available for the weekend shift in its Production Department.
Shift hours are Friday – Sunday, 5am – 5:30pm.
Candidates should be able and willing to work overtime hours as needed.
Overtime is on Mondays from 5am – 5:30pm.
Operators work on teams assembling, testing and packaging hydraulic valves on various production lines in a temperature-controlled environment.
No experience necessary.

*Job Responsibilities*
* Manual assembly of small components (with training)
* Standing up to twelve (12) hours or sitting for up to three (3) hours while operating machines or equipment
* Use of measuring tools including calipers, indicators, meters and gages (with training)
* Construction and interpretation, using manual or computerized methods of statistical quality control charts (with training)
* Packaging and lifting up to fifty (50) pounds
* Operation of hydraulic test systems (with training)
* Completion of routine shop paperwork, including basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
* Light machine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning and setup (with training)
* General housekeeping
* Use of loctites, epoxies and other manufacturing materials
* Plus other assigned duties

* High School diploma or equivalent required
