Mechanical Design Engineer

*Role Description* This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer at MVB Improvements, LLC located in Three Rivers, MI.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing custom automation systems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of new projects and contribute to the improvement of existing production equipment.
*Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field * Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks) * Experience in mechanical design and product development * Strong knowledge of engineering principles and technical specifications * Ability to analyze and interpret technical data * Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * Effective communication and collaboration abilities * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred qualifications: * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials * Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards * Previous experience in designing mechanical components for various industries Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include every task or responsibility that may be required.
