Toddler Teacher - Assistant

Building Blocks Preschool and Child Care Center is a Christian daycare looking to add a smiling face to our staff.
We are open 6am-6pm and employees work 6 to10 hour shifts throughout the day.
Our infant and toddler rooms have six children in the room with two adults.
Currently, our toddler room is in need of an Assistant Teacher.
We work hard to provide quality childcare for our families by tracking each child's day through the Brightwheel application.
We also run an Early Head Start program for select spots in each classroom, meaning that we partner with the St.
Joseph County ISD for training, coaching and support.
Candidates must be able to meet the following expectations: *Must be vaccinated or willing to vaccinate before starting.
* Must have experience in working with young children Must be able to work M-F Willing to be flexible with hours Able to sit on floor with babies and help them learn new skills Able to feed and diaper children Complete daily required paperwork Take children outside for gross motor play, daily Complete and pass a background check, TB test and fingerprinting CPR Certified or willing to become certified Must be social and work well with adults Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.
