Leasing and Resident Services Consultant Greenspire Apartments is currently hiring for a Full Time Leasing and Resident Services Consultant.
Responsibilities: Manage the resident leasing process Maintain resident relationships Maintain resident files Collect market data Serve as first point of contact for residents, visitors, and future residents Lead resident activities Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products Availability to fulfill scheduled hours - 40 hours per week primarily Monday-Friday with some evening and Saturday hours Perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time Valid driver’s license and able to meet driver’s insurance requirements Muss pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Send your cover letter and resume to careers@avbinc.
