Leasing and Resident Services Consultant Greenspire Apartments is currently hiring for a Full Time Leasing and Resident Services Consultant.
Responsibilities: Manage the leasing process, which includes preparing lease agreements and monthly lease renewals Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects Create and maintain ongoing superior customer service relationships with potential and current residents Maintain accurate and organized records and resident files Handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents and current residents Process move-in’s and move-out’s Use creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events Requirements: A great attitude, focused on creating an excellent residential experience Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and vendors Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed Basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft office products Send your cover letter and resume to careers@avbinc.
