Job Description
The Community Assistant is responsible for maintaining the lifestyle in regard to the property appearance, resident functions, and property cleanliness.
As a Community Assistant, you will support the leasing team in achieving occupancy and retention goals by maintaining the building and community!
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Create memorable impressions and lasting relationships with prospects and residents by delivering outstanding customer service
Contributes to resident engagement activities and events including newsletters, social events, and educational sessions
Promotes ROCO and the community as a great place to live and work
Ensures all policies and community rules are followed by residents.
Reports violations or risks to the Property Manager
Preform clubhouse opening and closing procedures, including light housekeeping
Participates in on-campus and/or community involvement events
Must be able to work a rotational on-call and/or weekend shifts
Performs all other tasks assigned by the Property Manager
Required Skills & Functions
6 months+ customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
