*ADMINISTRATOR POSITION*
This position is for an Accounts Payable/Maintenance Administrator for a residential multi-property Real Estate portfolio.
The Accounts Payable/Maintenance Administrator is to assist the Property Manager in effectively facilitating maintenance requests and accounts receivable for the rental portfolio.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Conduct all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and States Laws
· Complete Continued Education regarding State and Federal Tenant-Landlord Laws and Fair Housing
*CLIENT RELATIONS*
· Maintain a positive attitude and implore exemplary customer service relations and communications
· Perform periodic property inspections to ensure the properties are being maintained per the Lease
· Be available for after-hours calls to report emergency maintenance and facilitate as needed
· Communicate with tenants and landlords regarding work completed.
*ADMINISTRATIVE*
· Organizes and file all necessary work orders, invoices and tenant files
· Facilitate all move out inspections and processes all security deposit move-out reports
· Work directly with vendors to assign work orders, collect estimates, schedule service and confirm completion of work.
· Use Propertyware to record and track work orders and process invoices
*GENERAL*
* Performs any additional duties assigned by the Property Manager.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management, administrative or maintenance experience.
Must have basic computer knowledge including Excel and Property Management Software – Propertyware preferred but not required.
Experience with Dotloop or another DocuSign program preferred but not required.
Must have valid Driver’s License and means of personal transportation.
Pay range is $14-$16 per hour based on experience
