Community Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Oversee the leasing process, including conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure that the property is well-maintained and meets all safety and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a positive living environment.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Yardi or OneSite property management software is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and prospects.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in property management.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
